This article is for the new projects overview screen. Not all customers have transitioned to this updated view.
The main hub within LEANSTACK is the projects overview. From here you have access to every project you either own or have permission to in some way (depending on your role within the organization).
The projects overview is split across multiple tabs depending on your current role and plan. The primary tab is "My Projects". These projects are projects you created.
Each project has its own card with links to the corresponding project overview as well as to each individual canvas you've created within that project.
Actions
In this overview, within each card, you can perform the following actions:
Create categories and apply categories to projects
Create a new project.
Archive a project.
Delete a project.
Send invitations to a project
Manage collaborators on your project team.
Browse/Search projects
Create A New Project
To create a new project, click on the "+" button at the bottom of screen. This will open a pop-up that will ask you to give the project a name. Once you click "Create Project" you will be taken to that new project and you will be able to start immediately on a Lean Canvas.
Creating and Updating Categories
As your project portfolio grows, you may wish to categorize individual projects for clarity. Each project shows the default category as "Uncategorized". You can click on that link to bring up the category management window. You can either create a new category or select an existing one.
Once you select and update the category, that information will show in the project card's details.
Archive or Delete a Project
If you are no longer actively using a project and would like to remove it, you have two options available to you.
Archiving allows you to remove the project from visibility. Once a project is archived it will only show in the "Archived Projects" tab
Deleting a project removes a project and its data completely. This action cannot be undone.
